The Basic Plan
When you subscribe to our Basic Maintenance Plan, you’ll get either a heating or a cooling tune-up throughout the year. Any unexpected repairs that pop up will be 10% off! The regular service fee throughout the week, $69.95, will be waived for repair calls. Your emergency service fee for after-hours calls is reduced from $129 to $69.95. You’ll also receive $250 off a new system replacement or $50 off per year of continuous years.
The pricing for this plan is as follows:
- For 1 HVAC system: $99 per year or $10 per month.
- For 2 HVAC systems: $188 per year or $19 per month.
- For 3 HVAC systems: $267 per year or $27 per month.
- For additional systems: $79 per year or $8 per month.
The Premier Plan
When you subscribe to our Premier Maintenance Plan, you’ll get both a heating and a cooling tune-up throughout the year. Any unexpected repairs that pop up will be 15% off! The regular service fee throughout the week, $69.95, will be waived for repair calls. Your emergency service fee for after-hours calls is reduced from $129 to $69.95. You’ll also receive $375 off a new system replacement or $75 off per year of continuous years.
The pricing for this plan is as follows:
- For 1 HVAC system: $169 per year or $17 per month.
- For 2 HVAC systems: $328 per year or $33 per month.
- For 3 HVAC systems: $477 per year or $48 per month.
- For additional systems: $149 per year or $15 per month.
The Elite Plan
When you subscribe to our Elite Maintenance Plan, you’ll get both a heating and a cooling tune-up throughout the year. Any unexpected repairs that pop up will be 20% off! The regular service fee throughout the week, $49.95, will be waived for repair calls. Your emergency service fee for after-hours calls is reduced from $129 to $49.95. You’ll also receive $500 off a new system replacement or $100 off per year of continuous years.
The pricing for this plan is as follows:
- For 1 HVAC system: $249 per year or $24 per month.
- For 2 HVAC systems: $488 per year or $47 per month.
- For 3 HVAC systems: $717 per year or $69 per month.
- For additional systems: $229 per year or $22 per month.
